Plan C Consulting was an idea born in August of 2008 after a group communication consultants collaborated on a project in Los Angeles. The team of communication management experts, combined their knowledge, experience, and skills to develop the best tools for their individual clients.

Located in Los Angeles, California, Plan C helps small organizations achieve optimal levels of employee engagement through the implementation of new communication and organizational learning strategies.

In the first phase of our consulting process, we evaluate our client's needs with extensive quantitave and qualitative data collection. The second step involves careful analysis of the data gathered and identification of the key opportunities for improvement. During the last stage we provide solutions for our clients and provide guidance and support for the organizations throughout the implementation process of the new strategies and programs.
